1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Influenced, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Marketplace Rules

Influenced acts as a marketplace connecting Brands and Influencers. We are not a party to the contracts between users but provide the platform to facilitate these agreements.

3. Escrow & Payments

Payments are held in escrow by Influenced and released to the influencer only after work has been submitted and approved by the brand. Influenced charges a service fee for facilitating these transactions.

4. Content Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content created as part of a campaign remains the intellectual property of the creator, but the brand is granted a license to use the content for its specified marketing purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or engage in fraudulent activity.
